Coca-Cola WIREFRAME

Did the cooler actually reach the outlet?

A low-fidelity, click-through wireframe of the proposed product, built on one concrete pilot: 200 Visicoolers, 50 dispatched to each of four metros, of which 169 were installed in an outlet. This is a sign-off artifact about what the product does, not how it looks. Greys, boxes, and placeholders are deliberate.

Read me first A Visicooler is the most expensive asset Coca-Cola puts into the trade, and the moment it leaves the plant it stops being visible. The product tracks every cooler through two checkpoints, so the business can see not just how many landed in an outlet, but exactly where in the chain the rest were lost. Level 1 is warehouse-in: the QR on the shipping crate is scanned when the consignment reaches the regional warehouse or depot, before deployment. Level 2 is outlet install: the QR on the cooler body is scanned when the crew places and powers it up, with a photo, GPS, and condition. Each cooler carries two codes, both tied to the same asset. Click the screens below in order, or use the nav above.
SCREEN 1 · LEVEL 1

Warehouse receipt

The receiver scans the crate QR as coolers land at each city warehouse. Coca-Cola sees the stock arrived, and where it fell short in transit, before a single cooler moves to an outlet.

SCREEN 2 · LEVEL 2

Outlet install and capture

The field crew scans the QR on the cooler with a normal phone camera. No app. A short form captures the outlet, who installed it, condition, whether it is cooling, and a photo, with GPS and time stamped automatically.

SCREEN 3

Coca-Cola asset dashboard

The whole pilot as a funnel: 200 dispatched, 195 reached a warehouse, 169 went into an outlet. The 31 missing split into two owners, the transporter and the install crews. The one view that makes the business say "now I can see it."

Codes and Smart Tracker

The behind-the-scenes step: generate the codes for a deployment, all tagged into Indigo's Smart Tracker. Two codes per cooler, one for the crate and one for the cooler body, each with its own scan.
