The second checkpoint. What the third-party install crew sees at the outlet. Plain phone camera, opens in the browser, no app to download.
Why no app
The people using this are third-party field crews with no stake in the software.
An app download is where field adoption dies. The QR on the cooler opens a web page
already bound to that exact asset, the form is under a minute, and the phone supplies
GPS, photo, and timestamp through the browser. Zero install is the whole point.

A cooler that is placed but never plugged in is not a working asset. This separates delivered from live.
One cooler, one scan. Works offline, syncs when back online.
What this captures
Each submit writes one install record against this exact cooler:
Installer name
Resolved outlet and address (from GPS, editable)
Condition: pristine / good / damaged
Powered on and cooling: yes / no power point / not cooling
Photo of the cooler in place
GPS coordinates + date and time, automatic
Two codes, one asset
This cooler-body code is separate from the crate code scanned in at the
warehouse, but both belong to the same Visicooler. The system now has its full
journey: received at Mumbai on the 2nd, live at Bandra on the 5th. A cooler
that cleared Level 1 but never gets a Level 2 scan is a last-mile loss, and the
dashboard shows it as one.
Ties to your asset register
The Smart Tracker code can be issued against the cooler's existing asset serial,
so a scan reads back the same identity Coca-Cola already carries in its books.
The QR is a way to reach the asset in the field, not a second, competing number.
Anti-tamper
A re-scan appends a new record rather than overwriting, so a cooler that is
re-sited or moved between outlets is visible, not hidden.
