Level 1  Warehouse receipt
The first checkpoint. Before a single cooler goes to an outlet, the QR on the shipping crate is scanned when the consignment reaches the regional warehouse or depot. Coca-Cola knows the stock arrived, and sees any shortfall in transit while it is still someone's to answer for.
Two checkpoints, two codes Each Visicooler carries two Smart Tracker codes, each pointing to its own scan. At the warehouse, the receiver scans the code on the shipping crate as the consignment comes off the truck (Level 1). Later, the install crew scans a separate code on the cooler body at the outlet (Level 2). Both codes are tied to the same asset, so its journey joins up across the two. Level 1 answers "did it reach the warehouse we shipped it to," which is a transporter and receiver question. Level 2 answers "did it land in an outlet and start cooling," which is an install-crew question. Splitting the two is what lets Coca-Cola aim the right question at the right party.

What Level 1 proves

Each scan writes a warehouse-in record against that exact cooler:

  • Which city warehouse received it (from GPS)
  • Received count vs the quantity planned for that city
  • Crate condition: sealed / opened / damaged
  • Receiver name, plus GPS, date and time, automatic
Why it matters A cooler that never reaches the warehouse can never reach an outlet. Level 1 catches that loss at the earliest point, so a transit shortfall on a high-value asset is never mistaken for a crew that did not install.
